Working Together

Communication

Most translation work can be done through the Internet. E-mail is a fast and convenient Internet service for exchanging computer files.

Using a permanent cable connection to the Internet allows me to quickly respond to your needs:

  • Constant attention to inquiries.
  • Deliveries are made immediately after the work is finished.

Although using e-mail is generally enough to complete a project, I am fully Internet-aware with FTP capabilities. If your company runs an FTP server, I am able to both upload and download files.

If documents are paper-based, they can be faxed to me for translation into computer files, which can then be easily printed.

Procedure

You will find that working with me is a straightforward process:

  1. Contact me for a quotation of the files you want translated or proofread.

  2. After all details (instructions, deadline, price, payment terms) have been arranged, email the files to me. During the development of work, we may need to keep in contact for the purpose of clarifying aspects related to the project.

  3. When the job is finished, I will email the files back to you.

You can contact me at any time from 9 AM to 7 PM (GMT+1), Monday to Friday.

Invoicing

Upon finishing, an invoice will be sent to you, which must be paid on arrival unless otherwise agreed in advance. I accept two possible methods of payment:

  • By Wire Transfer to my bank account in Spain
  • By Check sent to my postal address
  • By using the Moneybookers service
